The Twenty Four Strengths assessment from Authentic Happiness was most enjoyable for me. A question that comes to my mind often is what am i good at? and who am i? With this excersize i was able to find out a little more about myself. Some of the questions that were asked helps you with you! no ones opinion matters. one of the questions was Self-Control, i am a pretty calm person but i do have a temper. the questions about self control made me think about my self control and how i deal with all my anger and to be able to say no when i need to. One thing that i have learned on my own is manners go a long way. please, thank you, yes please, etc.. These simple words make someones day. I have noticed that manners can make you a happier person so i encourage everyone to just take the time to use them or hold the door for a stranger or a simple hello or smile. This was not really in the Authentic happiness, but it is important enough for me to share. everything i am learning is about myself and how to better understand what makes me happier as a person, and one way i can carry my knowledge after this class is to always think about my road to happiness, because that is my goal in life. my ultimate goal is to be a happy person.
